Mr Motloung

Mr T is the managing director with over 22 years of experience in telecommunication holds a master’s in business administration (MBA) from Henley Business School, a Management Development Programme (University of Pretoria), a Certificate in Wireless Telephony (University of Pretoria), National Diploma: Electrical Engineering High-Frequency Technology with Tshwane University of technology. Mr Tieho Motloung is currently a managing director and founder for Tsepama Consultants consulting on Stakeholder management and community development through socioeconomic development from the State-Owned Entities. He has headed a business unit providing services to multi-operators and vendors in telecommunication. Over the year Mr Tieho Motloung has delivered several strategy projects with telecom vendors or direct operators for technology evolution from the global mobile system to Long Technology evolution advance. He has led a team in business strategy, development, and operation in mobile network planning, building and optimization.

Mr Ramadingwane

Mr R is our compliance consultant with over 12 years of experience. He has accumulated a lot of experience in the design, development, implementation, maintenance and certification of integrated risk and legally-based Safety, Health, Environment and Quality management systems in the following industries projects: He is a SHEQ professional with a BTech Degree in Environmental Health and NDIP Environmental Health. Now busy with NDIP Safety Management & LLB. He has applied NEBOSH International Diploma. He has completed various SHEQ Short courses such as SAMTRAC, SHEQ IMS Auditing, Fall Protection Planner, Fall Arrest Technician, All three main ISO Standards (ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 & ISO45001:2018), and many more. He is also registered with OHS professional bodies – SAIOSH, SAIOH, HPCSA & SACPCMP. He is assigned to divisional responsibilities on developing the SHEQ Management system and integrating it into all ISO standards by leading SHEQ in the Sub-Saharan Africa Region with 32 countries. The previous engagements were with Telecommunications – Huawei Technologies (2014), Academic – University of Johannesburg – Lecturing OHS (2014/15), Mining: Stuart coal, Glencore Tweefontein, Anglo PMR, Kolomela NC (2013/14), Eskom – Civil construction: Medupi-Marang Powerlines – 400Kv (2012/13), Eskom – Civil construction: Medupi-Dinaledi – 400Kv (2012/13) and Eskom – Civil construction: Gamma-Kappa – 765Kv (2012/13).

Dr Rankgwang Lesabe

Dr L- Dr L holds the following qualifications: B. Admin (2000 – UL), B. Admin Honour – Industrial Psychology (2002 -UL) Masters – HRD (2006 -UJ), MBA – (2017 – Henley Business School) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) – (2022) University of Johannesburg – Employment Relations. Mr Lesabe is also a member of HPCSA – 2006 (Psychometrist). His work experience spun over 15 years in the following areas: Human Resources Management, Talent Management, Training & Development, Transformation, Recruitment, Labour Law, Employee Relations, Organisational Development and Policy Development.

Mr Nkanyiso Ngqulunga

Mr N is currently a columnist with different publications, a BCom Law graduate, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) program in his final year with Wits University. He has vast research, drafting experience and an understanding of the Law. He falls under the category of young, up-and-coming lawyers in the Republic of South Africa, he specialises in Employment Law, Constitutional Law, and Advanced Corporate Law. He also has a short course in Business Management from the University of South Africa.

Mr Mahlalela

Mr M with over 21 years of experience in telecommunication holds a diploma in Electrical engineering and project management with Torge IT. Over the years Mandla has worked for several leading build entities such as Telkom SA, ATIO Corporation, Moshabi cc, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd, PCM & Bhekhakho Investment (Botswana), MOBAX SA, SAAB GRINTEK Technologies and many more. He has a vast experience in installation, configuration and maintenance for: H.O.M, SDH & PDH, Microwave systems, PCM, LTA & HDSL, Diginet and Martis, analogue systems (FDM), 8 M/bits Optic Line systems, site Supervisor/Project Manager on Transmission, BTS6000 Series & BBM Installations in Botswana, installations of SIAE Links for PCM, upgrades & Recoveries of AVIAT, CTR, RTN, NID & CBNL Equipment, MTN Point to Multi-Point (PtMP) Project: Transmission Microwave Installations, Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSR) & handling the site meetings.
